Terms of Service

1. What this is

Podium is one public, permanent leaderboard of websites. Listing is free and every new listing starts at the bottom. Anyone can pay $1 per rank to move a listing up. Ranks never reset.

There are no auctions, no prizes and no payouts. A payment buys exactly one thing: moving a listing up the number of ranks paid for.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older to pay for a move.
• You must be allowed to use the payment method you pay with.
• Do not abuse the service: no automated flooding, no attempts to bypass its checks or limits.

3. Submitting a website

• Only live websites. No social profiles, app store pages, repositories, sandboxes or file-sharing links.
• The site visits your page and takes the name, description and logo from it. You can adjust those details before publishing.
• Each website can be listed once. Listings stay unless removed under section 6.
• Ownership is not verified — anyone can list any eligible site. If your site was listed and you want it changed or removed, contact us.
• By submitting, paying, or using the site you agree to these terms, the rules and the privacy policy.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which handles checkout, card details, receipts and any applicable taxes. Card details never reach our servers. Dodo's own terms apply to the checkout itself.

5. Refunds

All payments are final. A move is delivered the moment payment confirms. Specifically not refundable:

• Landing lower than the preview because others moved at the same moment.
• Dropping ranks later because others climbed past you.
• Fewer clicks, visitors or customers than you hoped.
• Changing your mind or paying for the wrong listing.
• A listing removed for breaking these terms or the rules.

If something went wrong on our side, it gets fixed or refunded:

• Charged but the listing did not move within 24 hours.
• Charged twice for the same move.
• Paid for ranks that could not be used because the listing reached #1 first.

To ask, contact us with your receipt or payment ID. Never send card details. Please message us before opening a bank dispute; refunded or charged-back payments may have their moves reversed.

6. Content and removals

Listings must not be, or link to, anything that is:

• illegal, or promotes illegal goods or services;
• a scam, phishing page or malware;
• adult, sexual, hateful or harassing;
• impersonating a person or brand, or infringing someone's rights.

Some checks are automatic but can miss things. Listings may be edited, hidden or removed at our discretion, without refund. Seen something that should not be here? Tell us.

7. No guarantees

• A payment buys a move up — not traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, search rankings, or time at any position.
• Click counts count clicks, not unique people, and can include repeats.
• The service is provided as-is and may occasionally be slow or unavailable.

8. Other websites

Every listing links to a site we do not control. A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what those sites contain or do. Visit them at your own risk.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or reputation. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

Features and these terms may change; the date at the top will change with them. Moves already paid for are never undone by an update. Ranks do not reset while the board runs — if it ever has to shut down, it will be announced before it happens.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please message us first — almost everything can be sorted out in a conversation.
